YOUTH BASKETBALL LEAGUE
PEE WEE LEAGUE
The Town of Yucca Valley Youth Basketball League
is a recreational league encompassing a positive
environment with an emphasis on learning and
development for boys and girls in 3rd through 8th
grades. This program focuses on fundamental skill
development and includes competitive league
play. Boys and girls compete in separate
age-appropriate divisions: 3-4 grade, 5-6 grade,
and 7-8 grade. Our Youth Basketball League
welcomes all skill levels.

Youth Basketball Coaches Needed!
Are you passionate about sports and eager to
make a positive impact on the youth in our
community? The Town of Yucca Valley is seeking
enthusiastic individuals to volunteer as
coaches for our Youth Basketball program. Join
us in creating a fun and supportive
environment for our youth! Interested? Contact

No prior coaching experience required!
This coed non-competitive league is
designed for 昀椀rst and second graders,
focusing on teaching the basic skills of
basketball, such as dribbling, passing,
shooting, and moving with the ball.
Additionally, the program will help develop
hand-eye coordination and balance, laying
the foundation for a lifelong love of the sport.
The Pee Wee League will feature one night of
practice per week, with games held on
Saturdays. Early registration and sibling
discount of $10 available.

Wee Hoops Academy is designed to teach
the principles of good sportsmanship,
teamwork, and self-con昀椀dence. Tailored for
Pre-K and Kindergarten players (ages 4-5),
this 6 week, non-competitive coed program
introduces young participants to basketball
fundamentals in a structured and organized
environment.
In partnership with Copper Mountain College
Basketball, this coed clinic offers young athletes
the chance to develop essential basketball skills
under expert instruction. Participants will re昀椀ne their
shooting, passing, dribbling, and defensive
techniques.

ADULT BASKETBALL DROP IN
Basketball enthusiasts can stay active and
competitive with coed pickup games every
Wednesday and Friday night at the Boys
and Girls Club. This program welcomes

friendly, recreational
setting.
