KITE FLYING & PICNIC
SLOW POKE HIKING CLUB
Take a hike with a certi昀椀ed naturalist designed to
slow down and observe the natural world around us
and enjoy being with our fellow hikers. We will focus
on new areas of nature to observe and learn each
week. Taking a leisurely pace, we hope hikers of all
skill levels will join us!
Kites, community, and food! Pack your picnic basket
and join us for a fun afternoon of 昀氀ying. Whether you
bring your own pro-kite or learn the basics with a
beginner’s kite, this is the perfect opportunity to enjoy
the open air. We’ll have local kite experts on hand
to help with tips and tricks for getting your kite high
above the trees.
