PUBLIC ART
PROGRAMS
Public art is an important element in de昀椀ning the
quality of life in a growing community. The Parks,
Recreation and Cultural Commission oversees the
Public Art Program, administered through the Town
of Yucca Valley Community Services Department.
There are currently six art utility boxes on display throughout the community. This Spring, twelve
additional utility boxes will be transformed into vibrant works of art as part of the Town of Yucca
Valley’s Public Art Program. This marks the fourth temporary art installation. The project illustrates the
Town’s commitment to celebrating art and community through unique, visually engaging displays.
